Reviving Vintage French Workwear

This is a special project that blends history, craftsmanship, and artistic expression. I’ve sourced a selection of vintage French workwear from France and Belgium —each piece carrying its own story. To breathe new life into these garments, I’ve teamed up with talented artisans and makers, each bringing their unique expertise to the collection.

  • Karen Angelo from A Handmade House specializes in hand stitching and sashiko embroidery, meticulously reinforcing and embellishing fabrics with traditional techniques.

  • Christen Yates brings her talent of layering oil paints into beautiful expressions, transforming workwear into wearable canvases.

  • KC Kropkowski introduces tie-dye, infusing these classic pieces with fresh, unexpected dyes and patterns.

Together, we’re not just restoring these garments—we’re elevating them, making each piece a work of art while preserving its authenticity. This collection is about honoring the past while embracing creative reinvention, giving these storied clothes a second life with a contemporary touch.

Stay tuned as we unveil the transformations, piece by piece.
